Daily cleaning takes about 2 minutes and protects every brew. Always unplug the machine before any deep cleaning.
1. Sliding cover & capsule chamber
Open the sliding cover after each brew, remove the spent capsule, then close the cover.
2. Water tank
- Remove the tank.
- Empty any remaining water.
- Wash with a soft cloth and drinking water.
3. Drip tray
- Pull out the drip tray drawer.
- Empty the water.
- Wipe with a soft cloth.
4. Capsule drawer
- Pull out the capsule drawer.
- Empty spent capsules and any residual water.
- Wipe with a soft cloth.
Daily emptying recommended — a full drawer is one of the most common causes of capsule-jam errors.
5. External surface
Wipe the outside regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Pay particular attention to the buttons and the power cord.
What not to do
- No dishwasher, no hot water — none of the parts are dishwasher-safe.
- No solvents, no acids — these can damage the plastic and the internal seals.
