The SV826 offers 7 brewing temperatures. The setting is shared between short and long coffee. Each level changes the temperature by approximately 1.5 °C. The factory default is level 3.
Required state: the machine must be in standby — both coffee buttons off, machine plugged in. If the buttons are blue press nothing and wait until they switch off, or wait the 15-minute auto-off.
Lower the temperature

Hold the short coffee button until it flashes red twice → temperature drops to level 2.

Hold the short coffee button until it flashes red once → temperature drops to level 1 (lowest).
Raise the temperature

Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red once → level 4.

Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red twice → level 5.

Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red three times → level 6.

Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red four times → level 7 (highest).
Reset to factory default
Hold both coffee buttons simultaneously until they flash red three times → temperature returns to level 3.
