Programming Your Preferred Coffee Volume

You can program the dispensed volume independently for the short and long coffee buttons. The machine remembers the new value until you reprogram it. Programming Your Preferred Coffee Volume Both buttons must be steady blue (machine ready) before you start. Programming the short coffee 1. Press and hold the short coffee button. 2. After about 5 seconds the button starts flashing and dispensing begins. 3. Release the button — coffee continues to flow. 4. When the cup reaches the volume you want, press the short coffee button once. Dispensing stops and the new volume is saved. Programming the long coffee 1. Press and hold the long coffee button. 2. After about 5 seconds the button starts flashing and dispensing begins. 3. Release the button — coffee continues to flow. 4. When the cup reaches the volume you want, press the long coffee button once. Dispensing stops and the new volume is saved. From the next brew the SV826 will automatically use the new programmed volume.

Adjusting the Brewing Temperature (7 Levels)

The SV826 offers 7 brewing temperatures. The setting is shared between short and long coffee. Each level changes the temperature by approximately 1.5 °C. The factory default is level 3. Adjusting the Brewing Temperature (7 Levels) Required state: the machine must be in standby — both coffee buttons off, machine plugged in. If the buttons are blue press nothing and wait until they switch off, or wait the 15-minute auto-off. Lower the temperature - Hold the short coffee button until it flashes red twice → temperature drops to level 2. - Hold the short coffee button until it flashes red once → temperature drops to level 1 (lowest). Raise the temperature - Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red once → level 4. - Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red twice → level 5. - Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red three times → level 6. - Hold the long coffee button until it flashes red four times → level 7 (highest). Reset to factory default Hold both coffee buttons simultaneously until they flash red three times → temperature returns to level 3.
