Insert a capsule
- Make sure the machine is on and the buttons are steady blue.
- Slide the top cover backward to open the capsule chamber.
- Drop a Pascucci natural-fiber capsule into the chamber.
- Slide the cover fully forward to close it. The capsule must be pierced and locked in place.
Position your cup
- Espresso cup: keep the cup lift in place — it raises the cup closer to the spout to reduce splashing.
- Mug or larger cup: remove the cup lift to lower the drip-tray level so the cup fits underneath.
Always close the sliding cover all the way. If it's not fully closed the machine will not dispense — this is also the most common cause of "no coffee" problems.
